I would probably go with the TL. The only draw to the g35 is the rwd but the TL is a rock solid car with excellent fit and finish. Also much much lower reoccuring maintainence costs than the previously mentioned 5 series

I just rented a G35 Sedan for a week while my S2000 was in the shop. I'm a huge Honda fan but I would take the G35 mostly because it's RWD. I think the fit and finish are excellent. My wife has a BMW 528i Sport with a 5spd. I liked it better than her car too.

I think the TL is a much better car and probably has a lot more standard features than the g35. Bluetooth rules. Oh, the G35 Sedan looks like @SS too and is way too played out here. Everyone and their sister has one.

I find the G35 sedan to be ugly, but the coupe is good looking.
So, I'd pick the TL because I find it to be much more beautiful and classy. It also has more features than most cars, regardless of price. As for the FWD, I don't see it as a disadvantage, for it would make an excellent winter driver here, in the wet and cold climate. Btw, it also has full-time traction control. Lastly, the CLS (or some acronyms or name that I've forgotten) audio system is awesome!
