Like if you can buy it, enjoy it for awhile, and flip it and make some bucks I'd say go for it... I just don't trust Audi for a daily driver... they are great when the run but are the suck if something breaks that you can't fix and you have to go to Audi for a repair... definately due for a timing belt

Hmm, if I needed a DD for a year or two, I'd say go for it. Yeah, Audis have alot of electrical issues but for the most part it'll keep running. 700 bucks and a year's use seems reasonable to me, and then sell it to your local salvage yard and probably recoop most of it back, and that's worst case scenario because the body parts are still worth some money and if it's a garaged car free of major bodywork.
You could always spend an extra 100-200 and have it checked out.

The tires are brand new, and they're pretty decent tires. Even if I individually parted the car out I think I could at least make a thousand bucks. I'm going to talk to him on Saturday so I'll update you guys then.
