$100k, one car, only car for 8 years

How can anyone justify a 100k nissan? No prestige owning that thing...especially at 100k. To me, it doesn't even look all that good (especially the side view). Porsche 911 Carerra C4S wins hands down.

Good discussion. For me, I'd take a fully loaded Lexus LS460L. At 32, I'm getting old and to own only one vehicle for 8 years and haul co-workers, clients, family around, while keeping maintenance costs to a minimum, this is the one to get.
While my heart says 911S, used ZR1, or CLK Black (like my neighbors), my head and reality with go with the big Lexus.

Why can't I use my Old Lady's car?
I would like to say a new 911 S, but if I can only use this one car, a small sports car may be a problem. So, I may say a very slightly used S63. Or, I may wait to see how the new XJR shapes up. That car could be sweet with its new 500+ hp supercharged 5.0 V8.
