i dont get the fascination with the NSX but this is a honda board so not surprised. IMO i dont think it looks that good, isnt that fast, looks are outdated, and interior is disgusting.

But i would probably pick a slightly used m6

Tie between GT-R and E92 M3

Dark Horse candidate would be the Lexus IS-F.

300 hp in a rare, well-engineered convertible is exactly what I want. I've lived my whole life so far with two-seat sports cars, and there's nothing else like this car now that the S2000 is dead. Its basically a modern, more refined S2000 in my mind.

Plus, you get a free watch.
x2

The Boxster S doesn't have any sort of real competition when it comes to roadsters. Aside from exotics it's the best roadster on the market.

310HP, 2900 pounds, drop-top so you can enjoy wind in your hair and all that crap, mid-engine balance, amazing brakes taken from the 911, perfect steering, great ride comfort and 2 trunks to haul a lot of stuff. Plus it gets great MPG for a sports car.

Yes I am biased because I own one but if you want a roadster to drive every day it's truly class-leading.

The Z4 M was extremely thrilling to drive, but the inferior chassis and handling combined with horrible ride quality make it an inferior car.

The SLK 55 AMG has the power and all but it will not change directions like the Boxster S and you can't hide weight.

If only Honda would of improved the S2000 just a little...given it 280HP....oh well...

You think the NSX does not look that good and you think the interior is ugly, yet the M6 with the Bangle butt design and horrible interior ergonomics you like?

To each there own, that is what makes the world wonderful....but that one has me confused.

The 6 series is one of the most gaudily designed messes I have ever seen. I'm not sure how BMW went from the gorgeous design of the previous 5 and 7 series, to creating something that looks like the lochness monster. Oh wait, yes I do... but I'm glad he's gone .

Or Lexus IS F - 4 seats, fast, luxurious, and probably reliable.

All German cars wouldn't fit the bill becuase of the reliablity issues. Yes, I know what I'm taking about since I've owned an Audi, BMW, and Mercedes when most of you guys just read about them in magazines. My pick would be a Lexus LS460L. Some may say it's boring to drive, and you are right. The joy of ownership would make up for any of the car's few short comings. Good thing is it's a fairly new model so you won't see a new one for a while.

Sam

P.S. I put about 25k miles a year on my cars so you know where my priorites are.
agreed for pretty much same reasons.

LS460L

or LX570
