without a doubt a M3 + S2000
I've driven all three, and (to me) the 911 tt is a big powerful GT a lot like the M3 on roids. You don't get the light nimble tossable feel of the S2000 and you don't get the snick-snick best shifter in the world. And if you need rear seats the M3 is better than the 911.
Might rather have the e90 330i + S2000 or EVO MR +S2000.
Of course the best is 911 tt + S2000

You would be hard pressed to find a better daily driver than the 996TT for any price. This is not something I thought after driving the car for an hour or even a week. It took some time to grow on me.
Simply put, the 996TT makes the right compromises in the right areas.
Bomber and Rai make some valid points.
