07 Tundra only has 5 lugnuts.?

Default 07 Tundra only has 5 lugnuts.?
I don't know much about this stuff, but you would think a 400hp, big torque, 5500lb truck would have more lugnuts than a 2800lb no torque honda S2000?

my f250 has 8 lugnuts... i think F150's have 6 lugs....

we walked past a Tundra tonight...just seemed odd.

But they're Japanese lugnuts so they're much better and stronger than the crappy american ones.

I thought they were being built in San Antonio. Wouldn't that make them Mexican lug nuts?

Yeah, but its a biggie! The 5 lugnut thing is probably just one of those things you learn about by building trucks - maybe Toyota will have another recall soon.

toyota has been running 5 lugs on the Land Cruiser and LX470 since 1998, switched away from a previous 6 lug design. The 4Runner, GX470, FJ Cruiser still uses 6 though
