[QUOTE=Fanman,Sep 5 2004, 01:28 PM] If you took it on on the street you would probably wind up hitting an SUV with a mom and 3 kids in it because of it's massive blind spots, your leg would cramp up after 5 min. because the clutch pedal stiffness, and you don't even have enough room to carry a tool box (1 cu. ft. of space) let alone real stuff.

I do not know much about Porsches and certainly not this one, but it looks the same as the past four years. Besides a new front air dam what is the difference?

Actually the GT is said to have an extremely light clutch pedal. In each test the drivers have all stated how the car is very easy to drive. And at 44 inches tall you would not hit the SUV, you would go under
I think many of them commented how light it was because they though it was going to be much heavier to contain the 500+ lb.-ft. of torque, but relitively heavy compared to most cars. Hell, I thought the M3 I was driving recently had a stiff clutch compared to the 8. I guess it is all perspective. Shiferkart, that is the same 996 TT as the last 4 years. The differences are pretty much all internal. The turbo model of the Porsche 911 line usually follow a few years after the regular Carrera models are introduced. So anticipate a new 997 TT around the 06'-07' year, if they do not go to a 998 model sooner. Rumor had it at 460 hp+.
