IMO, along with all the new cars coming out right now, this has to be the best looking sports car right now.

The 997.2 GT3 prices (newest ones) might drop a bit as people get out of them to move to the 991 but I don't think 997.1 prices will drop much below 70K for a good one. Heck 996 GT3 prices are still around 60K for a good one.

Agreed. With such minimal production vehicle residual value doesn't take that much of a hit. Only so many cars to go around...
