I think they can be had for around $40K now, and I guess I'd spend the other $60K trying to get it street legal. If there was no hope in that, I'd take the $60K and make it a track car.

2005 Corvette - lightly optioned Z51 - $45K - more than enough performance for the street
2005 300C - no nav - $35K - more than enough space and comfort when I'm not in the Vette
I'd use the remaining $20K for a few weeks in New Zealand and Fiji.
Something's gotta be wrong when both cars are American...
