Do you guys give "SPECIAL" discounts for the last mean ppl?

Meaning "LAST MIN DEALS"? for those who fill up the spot?

I've notice its always the case that when an Event day have a low turn out, like 50% or less, all of a suddeen right before few days before the Event date, it gets filled up like Kid in a candy store.

No. Filling up at the last min is what I call the "bandwagon" effect. When one sees his friends buy entry to an event and he realizes he has nothing planned for the weekend, he jumps on the bandwagon.
The only way to earn cheaper entry fees beyond the XS discount code is to buy track days in bulk thru XS management, earn certificates from the raffle or podium in the xs2000 competition.
