Default XM radio raises prices.. BC fights back...
They wanted to raise my 1st radio 2.00 and my second radio 1.00.

I told them, "I always wanted to cancel XM b/c Lack of use, but now you really made it easy for me".

Customer Support gets Manager...... 1 min wait..

Manager:



Gives me 1/2 price on my 1st radio, 1/2 price on my second radio.

Easy as 1-2-3.






Cliffnotes: Call in and threaten to cancel.
