it doesnt sound like to bad of a proposition given that you can get your house painted back for free.. which is basically a free paint job..

i'd do it if i lived in a neighborhood that would allow it!! sadly, i don't know any HOA that would allow that. You'd have to live in one of the older neighborhoods without an HOA.
