Default Woodland Hills Honda?

How's the service dept. there? Looks like I'll be taking my baby there for TSB 55, and possibly 54 - any warnings or suggestions?

I went there to initially buy my S2k and was not treated very well. I use Miller Honda in Van Nuys instead. Maybe you'll have better luck though.

I bought mine there. Service is ok. They don't like modded S2k's much though.

I had such a poor sales experience with this dealership, I wouldn't trust them with an oil change. I ended up purchasing from another dealer. IMO, WHH is rotten from the top right down to the to the core.

Yo D,

Check out this thread:

I took my "Baby" for my 7500 mile service to SM Honda and Ron the Service guy took care of me there.
I heard the Sales people suck, but the service dept was good.

Great news - just got off the phone with Brian at WHH, and my car is ready - new clutch & flywheel w/new rear window on the way (wasn't even expecting that one!). All under warranty - all I shelled out was the $10 to upgrade my rental... I'm a happy, happy boy - on my way to drop off the Big 'Burban right now!

Anyone have problems getting Santa Monica honda to actually do the TSBs? The 2nd gear grind doesn't happen all the time, but the service guy I was talking to kept telling me "if we can't dublicate the problem, we're not going to fix it, even though there's a TSB."
