Default Windshield washer fluid?

Its been raining this past few days, and I'm wondering what's a good windshield washer fluid to use on our cars. I do not want to use a wrong brand and end up staining the car. The original fluid seems to be doing a very good job, can you buy these from the dealer?

I have read posts where alcohol , and dishwashing soaps where used. I would like to use a more normal fluid if you know what i mean.

Don't use dishwashing soap. That removes the wax from the paint.
