You guys that missed the run to Phoenix missed a great time. Not only was the Phoenix meet fantastic, but the trips there and back were an absolute blast. Too many stories to tell here! Ask about wild turkeys and tumbleweed sometime.

Wow! I had a such a great time at the phoenix meet. It was well worth the drive.

Ronbland, Ron+Nita, Patrick, Dave+Paula,

It was great driving with you guys. Thank you Ron for leading the way. Looking forward to the next trip.

Patrick,
You should have followed us through idyllwild. It was intense. I'm begining to like it just as much as palomar....

Here are some pics:

Some of us who went to the phoenix meet, are thinking about coming back for the "Devil's Highway" run in October. May be you could join us then....
I heard it's like 90 miles of switchback....
90? No. 150 miles. (My sig. other almost died)

It was great getting to know you Le, good pics, thanks for sharing. It was a great drive and yes RonB did a great job taking the lead, but I have to say you did a awsome job of leading as well especially out of Yuma going east, we only topped 100mph once, FOR AN ENTIRE HOUR .
With you two leading and Ron and Nita watching our backs as the tailgunner I had nothing to do but have a martini, read the paper and take a nap, next thing I knew we were in Pheonix. Thanks again everybody it was a good safe weekend and I'm looking forward to the next run.

Patrick
