who makes exhaust for an NSX?
i just ordered my bro a Comptech header and now he is in the market for an aftermarket exhaust. he doesnt want to go with the Comptech cause it looks and sounds like stock. he was interested in the TAITEC exhaust offered on Science of Speed but theyre back ordered for a few months. 5Zigen has an A Spec exhaust coming out thats nice but not till November.. so i was wondering who else made an exhaust for the NSX or is anyone selling a TAITEC exhaust?

I have a Taitec GT Lightweight on my NSX. I think it sounds much better than the Taitec JGTC. I used to have a RS*R, but I sold it because it was only slightly louder than stock. The GruppeM is probably the best sounding, but you have to remove your catalytic converters (for version 2 and version 3, you can keep your cats with version 1).

Taitec makes several different exhausts. Some are more wild than others. Some are downright deafening.
ARC has a very nice titanium piece.
ARK is a new vendor to the NSX world and they make some cheaper exhausts that have been well rec'd in the NSX world.
B&B, GT-ROM, Supersprint, Tubi, the list goes on and on.
Unfortunately, you're going to find that most of the better quality exhausts (Gruppe M, for example) are comparatively very expensive and the lead time can be brutal.
I have one of the original Anytime street exhausts on my NA2 and I love it. But I've been thinking about selling it to put Comptech headers and a Taitec GTLW on the car. That combo with the Cantrell AIS is just pure music.
