Default Who is this? Help
So the other week this guy PMed me about some 17" CE28s for sale. I emailed and called him about the rims and decided to sell them for $1400 shipped. Thinking this is a good deal and talking to him, I thought he was a cool guy. Now he keeps raising the price claiming that his brother doesn't want to sell it for that price. So I asked for a full refund and now it is paypal's hands. He doesn't pick up my phone calls or emails and now I think it was a scam. Now its your part to help me find this guy:
