anyone who would be angry w/ bush...well, this wasn't even his idea, but he sure as hell wanted to take credit for it. but it was his idea to waste a little over 40 million dollars to send everyone who was getting a check, a letter...saying they were getting a check. if thats not stupidity at its greatest, then what is? That dumbass
