Where/Who to go to for headlight restoration?
I need somebody that can remove the lens on my headlight unit and clean the inside and also polish the outside. I just got a used unit to replace my cracked one, and this one needs some major cleaning.
If somebody can show me how to remove the lens from the housing, I'm willing to give it a shot.

Its rather simple. There are a lot of threads from different forums that show you how to remove the headlights.
When I did my old car,
1. Bake headlight in the oven at 200 degrees for about 5-10 minutes. Keep checking to see when the silicone becomes tacky.
2. Start pulling the lens off from the back cover. Pay attention to the "clips" on the housing.
3. Do what you need to do to the inside.
4. Put the lens on the housing but don't push it in yet. Put that in the oven for about 2 minutes to get the silicone tacky, then take it out and apply pressure to seal the 2 pieces. You should also run a small bead of silicone sealant on the housing, since the new lens doesn't have any on it.
Good luck!

i did it myself almost a year ago. It was somewhat simple but time consuming. Only hard part imo was sealing it back together. Mine looked like crap but sealed really well. No water or anything can seep through mine!
