Whats wrong with (some) bmw people?

Your totally right about not exceeding the posted speed limit, and I'm a very good driver, who usually follows the rules.
But rules are rules and the rule of the road is what's best at that moment.
when all traffic is doing 75-80, you just don't do 65 in the left lane. What happens is people get annoyed and they switch lanes once or more just to get around you. and it's not just 1 car, its all the cars coming up on you.
you mentioned if i got a ticket for doing over the limit, yes the officer would give me the ticket because under the evidence i'm technically breaking the posted limit. But its not the cops job to interpret the rules, its ultimately the judge's. and last time my dad got a speeding ticket for doing 80, he claimed in his declaration to the court that it was the average speed and traveling at 65 would just make the situation more dangerous because of all the braking and lane switching he would have caused while being in the fast lane. Judge dismissed the ticket.
so these drivers aren't acting like they own the road ahead, it's just a preference of your willingness or your ability to asses whats better for you and for everyone else. yea the guy behind you is coming up fast, so what do you do? do you stay in that idiot driver's way? or do you move out of the way and have nothing to do with him and the rest of the speeders who just need to get somewhere quickly? then your decision impacts what others think of you. did you make a little effort and be smart, or did you make the ignorant decision and just drive your way regardless of the situation? not everyone has their head on straight, they could be on drugs for all you know, and next thing they know, he rams you and you get injured in the accident and your car doesn't do 9k anymore. now what? you could at least moved out of the way.

of course it would make more sense... but then again when did anything make sense in california?
Things make sense, it's just the people who don't understand the concept.

I know what you mean. Here's a buddy of mine. Just because they drive a BMW they think they own the road or something. I was tailgated by a BMW driver for about 20 miles and he kept following me if I switched lanes.

^ Love the messages especially "weeeeee" lol
What a moron, he's totally outa place for doing that.
I would have instantly got out and beat his ass for that. Your buddy is much nicer than me. I'm 100000% sure I wouldn't have hesitated to get out and do some business right then and there. He'd be lucky if I didn't walk right over and kick his door panels in after that too.
