Sorry some friend of Mom's is hanging there from Minn.
Otherwise you're right it'll sit empty for awhile.
Thank goodness it was paid for a long time ago. Still there is some upkeep.

Tomorrow long gym day, then Expo at the Rose Bowl to buy pins and view parade float construction, then USC Washington State at Galen at 3, then dinner at the Bonaventure.
Sunday brunch at Camerons Seafood tomorrow, then topdown cruise the Rose Parade route backwards waving banners and blaring Fight On and Conquest, then take down the tree and put away decorations, blow off New Year's.
Monday.....what else? Early morning tailgating by the Rose Bowl, then Cardinal and Gold tailgating at Brookside Country Club driving range for three hours, then the game, then BBQ bratwurst outside the Rose Bowl after the game.
