Default what is this part?!

The other day I took off my rear endlinks and noticed that on one side of the car, there was a round metal plate between the lower control arm and the bolt that threads onto the endlink. can't find it online and can't find it at the dealership. anyone know the part number for this thing?! thanks!

It's not #15. That's a camber adjustment. It has an off center hole.

It looks like the washer that goes on the strut bushing or a sway bar bushing.

Looks like it surrounds a bushing due to the shape made to hold a rubber bushing rather then crush it. I'm with X on this one.

on the diagram, this should be in between #21 and the lower arm (at least thats where i found it on the car) - i thought it was a washer for the endlink bolt but its not in the diagram. any ideas? can someone check their rear endlinks if they have a chance? thanks in advance
