Don't get Greg started.
While I can't understand people being suicidal after watching Avatar, I can completely understand it after watching 15min of D-9.

Avatar won a couple of filler awards. No best film/director/actor/etc.....
How couldn't it win a huge grip of awards. I mean as far as film quality goes it just set the new standard.
How can that not get "Best Picture"? It's like if Star Wars was JUST coming out for the first time. How can't that win? I mean if we're gonna be "artsy" then none of these movies in the lineup are worth a damn anyway. OTHERWISE I guess it must be a complete coincidence that Titanic and T-2 and Avatar all draw INSANE crowd sizes and are in every Display TV Home Theater demonstration?

Now much as I hate Leo...... the movie "Shutter Island" was AWESOME. Much enjoyed it and he did a good job in it.
