I was inquiring folks if they've dealt with Coastal Metals before because it has been 2 weeks since I ordered my front OEM lip protector and of the two phone calls with David, I didn't feel assured of the reasons or excuses why my item hasn't been shipped yet.

 

I've had problems with Coastal Metals, also. The last time, they lost my order.

It feels like Friday today...and my brain is wandering. I thought I posted the thread here in the SoCal forum but remembered that I posted it in the S2000 Talk forum.


I'm still waiting for the product. David hasn't sent me an e-mail confirmation about the product, what I ordered, when it will ship. He seems to be giving me either the run-around or just doesn't have alot of time in his hands. Regardless, a little better customer orientation would be nice...

...but we'll see...if I do or don't recieve the item in a couple more weeks.

I bought a dead pedal from them; it was shipped in a timely fashion and I had no complaints.
