What to bring to work that everyone can enjoy?
Ok so the story is....at my work place there has been some drama and people are starting to talk craps about other people. I really hate to walk around right now and seeing everyone turning their back on each other.
So..I want to bring in something tomorrow for everyone, so that everyone can just sit down and enjoy eating.
Give me some ideas to what to bring in please?
- no donuts for sure.

Don't bring anything, they'll call you the "pet" of the place. Hold your grounds, stay out of drama, and don't talk behind people's back. Staff respect you more, if you are not opinionated.

True. I would just take a step back and let them duke it out themselves. There is no point for you to stick your head in there. Just go to your job, do what you have to do, then get out of there.

Its really 50/50 on what you decided to do.
Yeah if you bring something in for your coworkers they might call you the "pet" of the place but whats more imprtant?
A. Brining in food hoping to difuse the issue at hand and having your manager possibly realize it was you that helped diffuse it
or
B. Not doing anything and let the drama continue
In my experience people that take action to help difuse an issue stand out more ( in a good way ) then the people creating the drama. It shows your leadership skills IMO.
