huntington is not that bad, i have never heard of something like that, the water on the other hand isnt all that great lol. but for a bon fire huntington is a great place

how bout northern beaches ventura/oxnard area has a few places w/ bbqs but i dunno bout fire pits actually on the beach

meth, like i said last night, i think dockweiler shouldnt be discounted too quickly. the beach that is just across from imperial blvd, on the other side of the RV parking was fine when i went last weekend. there actually were a diverse group of ppl pitching canopies. there honestly wasnt much to look at in terms of other ppl really. i was there in my own group gathering. we had our own fire pit too.

however, the lot a bit further south with the hanggliding at one end was much more like a slice of mexico when i went like a month ago, fwiw. lots of families having a fun time i suppose. the beach sand didnt seem as nice as the north lot as well. however, there was more parking.
