Can anyone tell me what this is 
My Co-worker is an intern from China, and every time I ask him what it is he just laughs. I already had one of my co workers try it out, and he can't explain the taste

Ok so he doesn't quite know how to translate it, but he sent me here and said this is as close as he can get it in English http://dict.spam/fig
