i am building a site, and i need help making a form for subscribers.

i need this info to go to an email address later specified.
and i will also need the email addresses entered to go to a database that can be used to be sent to when the client wants to send info for events. kind of like a small mailer.

who can do this, anyone? i can't for now...

i am not making much (almost nothing) on this site so i don't really have much to offer, but i know some of you can do this in your sleep. should take an experienced person just a few hours to finish this.

who is game? help a fellow s2ki'er out.

i have yet to find out what kind of server, but i believe it is a Red Hat Linux so php would be preferred.
