Default Washing Tennis Shoes?

Is there way to was your shoes without ruining the ankle portion? I know with a hat, there is a plastic mold that you put your hat inside, is there something you can do for shoes?

TIA

Man hell naw!~!~~!~! just remove your insole and clean them , then use a mixture of warm water, dish soap and a cap full of bleach if they're white. your good from there. Use an old tooth brush as a cleaning tool. I dont recommend it for higher end shoes but great for running shoes.
