WARNING: Angeles Crest radar speed trap

I wonder how a court define a "Speed trap" Where does a officer have to stand while using a radar unit??
Today my 8500x50 went OFFFFFFF.... I'm 3 mph over NO ONE with in a 100 yard of me
and the cops bike was in the bike lane and the cop was 10-15feet up the slope
in the shadows in his gay green suit
If that is not a speed TRAP, I'd sure like to know what it?
Are they to check your speed by 2 means? Radar and visual
