Nah, they don't have quotas........
And I did traffic school for that ticket like 3 years ago. Maybe they changed things from when I did it last. All I did was go to bottom and answer the questions and moved on the the next session.

If it lit up full, he got you for sure. Cops are getting smarter these days, they wait till your in plain sight and gun you. They pick their victims carefully to make sure they get you. Around my neighboorhood every once and a while there would be two bike cops they would pull people over in a cycle, so after one person got pulled over another one got pulled over. I passed them maybe 4 times and i had my radar on (x50)and it never went off. Granted i was going speed limit so they just sat there and wait for someone that is obviously speeding.
