do it yourself, its really easy, just time consuming. Sand the rims, put some index cars between the tire and rim and paint away. Use primer and clear and all that stuff too. And wet sand for that smooth finish

I agree, its not that hard
go pick up some primer, paint, clear, sandpaper, and index cards and paint it yourself
theres a lot of diy guides online

Any shop willing to do the work for $250 or below will ask you to bring them in with NO tires..... $150 is actually a great price
