WAMU/CHASE credit card fraud
Here's the story:
I opened a WAMU credit card about 6 months ago.
I activate the card and use it for credit card charges only(gas,food,etc.).
Around 3 months ago I try to use it and it gets declined so I call them up. (This is right after they were bought out by Chase)
The Customer service agent sasy I did 2 cash advances in New York earlier that day. I tell her I've been at work in California all day and the card is in my hand so she closes the account and tells me to report it to the fraud dept.
I get issued a new card and fill out a affidavit to send to the fraud dept as requested by WAMU/CHASE.
This morning I log onto my account and the charges have been reversed back onto my account.
I call them up and speak to 2 idiots from another country who just weren't making any sense of what they are trying to say.
I keep telling them that I was never in New York,I don't do cash advances, and I never created a PIN becuse I have no need to on a credit card.
Their response is "sorry sir"
I asked to be transferred to whoever is charge of the fraud dept but they put me on hold for 15 minutes so I had to hang up and go back to work.
What should I do?
I suspect that this is an inside job.

Credit card fraud is easy but to create a PIN and do two cash advances?
Even if someone had my card number and made a clone how would they create a PIN?

There's easy ways to get the pin and number actually...very easy. Gas station especially.
This is just a credit card not ATM/debit.
I wasn't even aware that PINs were available for regualr credit cards.
When I go to the gas station I just type in my zip code and it's authorized.

^ ok THAT part sounds fishy then...inside job.
But ya they're available. If they have your personal info they coulda called and setup the pin themselves.
