me and a bunch of friends of ours are gonna be partying this upcoming sat night at a club in Irvine (within OC) called Tentations. kinda pretentious OC club, but there will be tons of chics. feel free to email me if you are into that scene.

i don't venture out too far from hollywood to go party. i also don't know what kind of scene u are lookin for. so if i knew the music maybe i could point you the right way. i don't know of any clubs down in the oc either as that is the suburban scene, but i am sure they are pretty live. you have long beach which i hit up every now and then and hermosa beach and santa monica have clubs too. but i like the hollywood scene as it is more familiar to me.

If you are coming from NYC, OC may seem too dead. You'll be better off checking out some spots in L.A.,although even that seems pale in comparison to NY.
Go watch a movie at Arclight in Hollywood, then cruise on over to world famous Pink's Hot Dogs on Melrose & LaBrea, then head out to the Century Club in Century City, or you can just stick around the Hollywood area for all the nice clubs.

if you like hip hop and you don't want to be in OC, and you want to do the LA scene then check here: http://www.jointzmag.com/
but i would stay away from the century club, but that is just me.
anything off hollywood blvd would be more what you are looking for, although sometimes it is hard to get in unless you are with like 4+ hot girls (and you bring me along)
