fat burger, in n out, tommy's, and pink's hot dog stand in hollywood.

You could also hit up bobs big boy and the barstow outlets if you decide to drive to vegas. the buffet at the luxor hotel is pretty cool. excalubur is ok. P.F. Changs is pretty yummy too
you can visit the sa diego zoo or sea world. Driving around L.A. in general is pretty fun too, you get to see enclave communities and the mixture of different people and cultures. you could also hit up ameobas records in hollywood, check out local graffiti murals (non-gang related)

for jordans/dunks, RIF LA is an awesome spot for authentics. pricey (fairly priced in my opinion)
