Hey guys,

Any recommendation on a place to paint my hardtop? good price and quality please . Im in Santa Ana, off of fairview.

Should i paint it all GPW or leave the side gloss black like everyone else?

My hardtop latches squeeks and rattle like no other, how do you guys fix this problem?

Thanks.

Wow you live near me, wonder why I've never seen your car.

For the rattle you coudl take a business card, cut it in half and fold it over and over and wedge it in there and then close the latch over it. Will take care of most, if not all of the noise. Something Al taught me when I bought my OEM top =P

For the rattle, layers of electric tape, a business card could work.

I can help you out with the paint. I can get it painted for you at the honda dealer with OEM paint for what some other shop would charge you.

I'm getting Justin's hardtop painted this Friday so if you want yours done as well, just let me know

Tuan

Name is Jc, if you want quality work done pm me. I have taken my car and others from this board to my shop I do buisness with!

Everyone can vouch for the quality of work and color match that has seen my car! This shop has a contract with the local Honda dealer so they know Honda paint very well and that's all they use.

If you need a quote let me know brotha! The shop is in San Juan Capistrano.

I can arrange pick up of the top if you like too to make it easier on you.

I give everyone th same price so I'm not making any money on these deals! I just give the shop the buisness and everyone is happy. I'm sure I'll be the lowest, i've been dealing with them for a while.

I did this except used piece of vinyl tubing cut in half. After being latched a short while it stays on there good and does the job perfectly. Also doesn't crush down unlike paper so it keeps things snug for a good while. I replace these every year or so. Probably just readjusting the top would be better but I'm lazy.
