for the people who have fios, what is your typical download rate and upload rate? for the lowest plan

I have Fios in HB. I believe I have the 15/5. I've seen download speeds of over that amount. I've also seen my upload rocket up to 1MB/s (but this was to anotehr FiOs user.) I honestly don't see it consistently that high, as most resources I encounter cannot support the speed. Sometimes it makes me wonder if I'm truly getting that speed consistently, but in the end I just believe in their quality service and reliable connection (including hardware).

So to answer your question: I've gotten 3MB/s down, 500-1MB/s up.
Speedtest.net gives me 19.72/ 4.55 ping 11ms
