I had forgotten about Alakasn cruises. I've actually never been on a cruise, and have somehow pegged it for 'old' people. I"m totaly way off on that.
I really do like australia. Maybe Aus/NZ trip.

i've toyed with the idea of road tripping up to washington and back. you can go up PCH and stop in santa barbara, monterey, santa cruz, stop in SF, then up thru bodega bay, then mendocino, and then eureka. then from there head up to portland and up to seattle.
plenty of outdoors/hiking stuff to do along the way. beautiful sights, good food. but the downside is it might end up costing a lot.....

yeah, a trip up the coast could be fun. First stop Santa Barbara, then up to Santa Cruz, Monterey, SF. Maybe up to Oregon too. Not sure - but shouldn't be any more $ than Australia.

Cancun..party life...unlimited food, drinks...historical stuff close by.....2-3 weeks anywhere might be a long time...Bora Bora is one of the nicest places I have stayed
