^ I bought the exact same parts about a year ago. I think I bought 2 of all the gaskets actually.
I'll look when I get home, if I got an extra you can just have it, I'll have to hunt around, the other ones I know for sure I have.

I called TurboCity this morning, they didn't have it.
I am trying Performance Turbocharger in Fontana, they don't have the part number, so I have to bring in the turbo, hopefully they got what I need.

^ you don't need the turbo brought in.
Just bring the restrictor piece that fits the turbo.
Disconnect it from the turbo, and disconnect the line from the other side. Lot less work and less risk of dropping your turbo or god knows what.
Ask em if that's fine.
