So whats the deal if your car hasn't had TSB's done on it, but is not on honda-care or on a warranty program? Will dealers charge me for parts + labor?

Some of the things i noticed right away that were not done, Faded Tail lights + Clutch buzz, so im assuming theres a lot more.

any help will be appreciated

tsb's are actually not a "must do for Honda" so it is a case by case issue after the factory warranty is up. call Aaron at Honda World Downey 562-929-7000

faded tail lights should be covered by recall (but i thought that was only for MY00?)

only other recall is spark plug for MY01
