go fight it in court. 99% chance cop will show up...so what you do in that case...the judge will ask the cop to tell his story first...just interupt and say that you just want traffic school. dont waste their time. it worked for me.

how about you call the station, find out when his day off is. andddd make your court date that date. I doubt he'll take time on his day off to fight it. then again i dunno.
