Guys,

I received a ticket few weeks back and I did the trail by declaration. I told the judge at the end that if he finds me guilty I would like to go traffic school and please reduce the fine. The paper did not say anything that my fine is reduced or if I

if u have the time...go and fight it.


there is a better chance that the cop will appear...

i can probably find some time and go when the court date is set.

How does it work? when i go there and judge will call my name up and call the cop up? If he calls my name and the cop didn't show up then what?

I believe you win by default......but I am not 100% on that.......

worth a shot, if he doesn't show, you win, if he does, just plead guilty and ask for traffic school/fine reduction.

from what i've heard, if you fight it in person, it is not guaranteed you can still receive traffic school. it is entirely up to the discretion of the judge. good luck. fyi try ticketassasin.com next time for tbd

I did a trial by declaration. They cashed my check and never responded. What a waste.
