Hey guys, I'm wondering if any of you guys have a towing hookup to help my girlfriend. Her car was involved in a hit and run when she wasn't near her car and her control arm is about to snap. She doesn't have a lot of money so that's why I'm asking if anyone can help. I thought about renting a uhaul trailer but I dont know anyone with a truck or any car with a tow hitch as I believe it would be cheaper. By the way it's a tow from Pomona to rosemead. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Getting this done ASAP is preferrable. Any help?

 

That's not too far of a tow. Maybe about $150 bucks, tops.

The body shop can pay for the tow and later bill your insurance company. Just a thought.

1. Call AAA and get a PLUS membership for about $90 bucks. That membership is good for 1yr and 3 or 4 tows (I don't remember exactly) of 100 miles each. You can add your girlfriend for an extra $20 and you double up on tows and you guys can split the cost.

2. Call me at 949-315-0395 and I have a hookup that will prob do it for $100 but I think option 1 is your best bet.

3. Like Chair said, have the body shop pick up the bill since most shop do this to earn the business.

If you are willing to pay $100 for a SINGLE tow, you might as well get the PLUS membership on your own and have a few more tows in reserve for free.
