Thumbs up Titanium Welder

So heres my deal,
I have a Veilside teardrop Ti exhaust, i have a hair line crack on the back side of the muffler about three inches long.
I need to find a shop in "SoCal" that can close the crack with a titanium welder.
Does anyone that lives in Socal know of one?

I tried calling this # as well and the guy said i had the wrong #.
