I was wondering if anyone has this problem before. The noise is not loud at all, very light. It like metal slightly touchin each other. It only happen when i accelerate and got a tiny bit worse on bumpy road. I'm sure it has nothing to do with suspension since my car is perfectly align.
I also did a search and someone on here said it was rust and need some kind of lubrication but I only drove this car for 10k, stock. I was wondering if this will cover under warranty. Took it to honda world today (where i bought the car) at 5:30pm but no mechanic, so will have to take it there tomorrow morning.

Anyone has this problem?
Do i have to pay for labor or will this cover under warranty?

Based on your description, sounds like your driveaxle. Strange to have this happen to an '06. Whatever it is, it should be covered under warranty.
