Default Testpipe Fines/Fix-it

Okay well I have heard there is a huge fine for a testpipe, and I have also heard its a simple fix-it ticket you need to get signed up and like a$20 fine. Other times iv heard its about 5,000.

What is it really? anyone have any insight/experience with this?TIA

i am currently running a test pipe.

i heard soo many stories of people getting there cars impounded and having a 2500 dollar fine.

others i hear they just get a fix-it ticket and get sent to the local ref.

i hope i dont get a ticket. what i did was have the heat shields of the stock cat..bolted onto my berks testpipe. JUST INCASE they check under my car.

I have a race cat .... looks just like a high flow cat, but its a straight through.

I can just say I have a high flow cat and I have no CEL.
