You should ask the termite company if they can just inject your walls with a foam solution they use. We (client selling his home and I) once encountered a problem similar to yours and instead of tenting the house and waiting around for a few days, they opted to foam the walls. According to the termite company, the foam is extremely toxic to the termites but harmless to humans.
Oh yeah, foaming is a lot cheaper than tenting!

termites suck!!
My folks just had a foam treatment couple months back. Made my
dad mad, cuz the guy comes out, sprays for like 20 minutes, and
then makes enough money to retire for several months. They
gotcha over a barrel though, and it sucks.
