looks like good work! Did you replace with redwood, and/or treat the wood? I remember slathering wood with some sorta green treatment a long time ago when I was helping my dad build a deck....

redwood is supposed to be naturally semi-resistance... although from what I've seen, they'll still eat it, they just eat it last. GL with the windows! I thnk no rain is forcast....

there's a number of good products on the market to rid yourself of termites. If you still have walls exposed I know theres some that are dropped down between the walls that are supposed to work well. Best of luck with those little bastards.
