if you're thinking about getting the Sidekick II because you need a new phone, DON'T. you'll regret getting it to use for a phone. the reception of the phone feature is not that great.

most people that get the Sidekick generally have a phone as well.

TMo used old Cingular towers. the Cingular towers were purchased about 6 months ago and TMo has put up roughly 96 new towers this year in the southern cali area.

These company I used to have in my business......

1.) Sprint.....bad reception, too many hidden fees in the billing statements, bad customer service, expensive with the PLANS less minutes...

2.) Verizon......bad customer service, ok plans, ok reception.

4.) Cingular......bad customer service, great plans........too many hidden fees, they will automatically change ur contract with out u telling them.....bad reception.

6.) T-MOBILE = great customer service, great in billing, great plans, you can even check ur mins by pressing ----> #646# ------>then press send
or check ur balance by pressing ----> #225# ----->then press send

IF ur having problems with the reception get the ANTENNA SIGNAL BOOSTER! for ur cellphone....of yeah get the GSM/ Tri-band phone
