Synchromesh Friction Modified
i bought a bottle 4 months back and will be doing a change this weekend.
is this ok for ap2 trannies or should i just stick to honda ones?

it works, but i like the honda mtf better because it lasts longer. gm lasted a whopping 4k miles for me before before getting really crunchy
